Using a clean, dry spoon scoop out a small amount (3/4 of a teaspoon) of the Indian Glow Scrub into the palm of your hand. Activate by mixing with a few drops of water and gently swirl to form a creamy paste. Apply to damp skin in gentle, circular motions. Rinse off and for best results: follow-up with a natural toner and a good natural face moisturizer or natural facial oil.

How Often: Your skin does not need to be exfoliated daily. Melody recommends not using more than 1 form of exfoliator on any day. Alternate them, this helps to keep your skins barrier protected.

Sensitive/Dry & Dehydrated Skin: Start with 1x every 2 weeks. Moving up to 1x/week max. Use in your evening routine instead of day and follow with Athar'a Pure Neem Healing Oil or gentle moisturizer.

Normal and Oily Skin: Use no more than 1-2/ week max.
