SHIPPING
We are only able to ship within Canada at this time.
Standard shipping is $11.99
-Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days from time of order. During sale events, this time is longer due to higher volume of orders to process.
-Rural addresses and locations outside Ontario may have longer transit times.
-Orders are prepared on business days 10am-4pm Mon, to Fri.. We DO NOT process orders on weekends or provincial/national holidays or on our personal vacations.
**Double check your full delivery address before placing order (include street type: Ave. Court St. Cres. etc. and any unit # and postal code) Shipping labels are prepared with this exact information. Your email is required during checkout for we sending tracking number or contact you regarding your order.
-When your package has been shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking number. Note that once a package has been handed to our delivery partner, we have no control over any delays through them.
-We use Canada Post and UPS as delivery partners.
